Eleven William

Boutique Townhouse Development

Eleven William involved the adaptive reuse of a 1970s tile warehouse into six boutique townhouses above a basement carpark. The redevelopment transformed an underutilised industrial structure into high-quality residential dwellings, each comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a rumpus room and secure double garage.

The project required careful structural modification and architectural integration to balance the existing building framework with contemporary residential design. High-quality finishes and energy-efficient design principles were incorporated to create refined, modern living environments while respecting the site’s industrial heritage context.

Donrose worked collaboratively with the design team to manage complexity and ensure buildability throughout the adaptive reuse process. The completed development demonstrates the successful transformation of an industrial asset into premium residential accommodation, contributing to local urban renewal and long-term property value.
