Commercial Development
The West Link is a three-level mixed-use commercial development positioned along Parramatta Road in Summer Hill, designed to combine industrial functionality with commercial visibility. The project comprises a 2,800 m² warehouse facility supporting logistics and storage operations, integrated with 700 m² of office and retail space addressing the main road frontage.
A self-contained caretaker’s apartment was incorporated to support ongoing site operations, while the building’s structure and layout were designed for durability, accessibility and operational flexibility. The development required coordinated planning to manage public interface, traffic exposure and multi-use building integration within a busy commercial corridor.
Donrose delivered the project with a focus on safety management, programme control and construction quality, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding businesses and public areas. The completed facility provides a robust and adaptable commercial environment that supports both industrial use and commercial tenancy outcomes.
