Hoteloco

Hoteloco is a boutique hospitality development comprising one basement level and four above-ground floors accommodating 39 guest rooms. Located in an urban setting adjacent to a rail corridor, the project required careful consideration of acoustic performance, structural integration and urban interface constraints during design and construction.

The building was designed to complement its surrounding context while delivering a refined guest environment through high-quality materials and contemporary finishes. Spatial planning and detailing were carefully coordinated to achieve both functional hotel operations and an aesthetic, modern appeal.

Donrose collaborated closely with the architect and client to resolve technical challenges and maintain programme certainty throughout construction. The result is a distinctive boutique hotel that integrates durability, comfort and architectural expression within a constrained inner-urban site.
