Commercial Precinct
Podium is a large-scale industrial and commercial precinct comprising 63 factory units designed for flexible business use across approximately 24,000 m² of land. The development also incorporates a commercial café, childcare facility and 159 secure storage units, creating a multi-use environment that supports diverse commercial and light-industrial operations.
The project was planned to maximise operational efficiency, accessibility and long-term asset value, with durable construction materials, efficient circulation and contemporary architectural elements integrated throughout. The scale and mixed-use nature of the development required coordinated planning and staged delivery to ensure functionality across all tenancy types.
Donrose worked collaboratively with the developer to manage programme, sequencing and buildability across the precinct, identifying potential risks early and maintaining delivery certainty. The completed development provides a high-performance industrial and commercial hub designed to support business growth and tenant flexibility.
